PRIVATE PREVIEW
Your connections.
Your control.
Pookie is a private relationship workspace for invited accounts. Each account has its own Google connection and workspace; signing in does not give access to another person’s data.
What this version uses
Google supplies your verified identity and the permissions you approve. Pookie stores your name, email address, an encrypted refresh token, secure session records and the results of connection checks. Pookie searches relevant emails, extracts readable attachments and Drive documents, and reads your primary calendar. A 12-month email-header contact map helps identify correspondents. For Dabba investor discovery, searches also include older investment records. Source text, extracted suggestions and your notes are encrypted in the database. The search and parser coverage is shown in your workspace; results may be incomplete or inaccurate and need your review.
AI analysis
Selected relevant email and document excerpts, including names and contact details when present, are sent to the official DeepSeek API using Pookie’s dedicated key to suggest relationships and summarize supporting evidence. Processing is subject to DeepSeek’s privacy policy. Pookie does not send credentials to the model, and source documents cannot authorize actions. AI results are suggestions, not a verified cap table. You can confirm, dismiss and annotate them. No messages are sent on your behalf.
Read-only Google access
The requested permissions allow reading Gmail, Calendar and Drive. They do not allow Pookie to send email or modify your Google files. The intended discovery workflow will focus on relevant fundraising or investor records; the Google permissions themselves grant broader read access.
Storage and retention
Connections are stored on the private Pookie server in Bangalore. Refresh tokens are encrypted before database storage. Session cookies are secure and HTTP-only, and expire after seven days. Pookie does not sell this data or use it for advertising or model training.
Disconnecting
Use “Disconnect Google” in your workspace to remove the saved token, imported records, relationship notes, connection checks and active sessions. Pookie also requests revocation at Google. Your original Google data is unchanged. Your basic account identity remains until you request its deletion from the app operator, Karam. Local backups expire after seven days and scheduled server backups after 28 days. You can also revoke access directly in your Google Account.
Contact Karam, who invited you to this preview, for help or to delete your remaining account record. Pookie’s use of Google data is limited to the user-facing features described here and follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.
